Within 30 days of your hire date or during the annual open enrollment period.
When will coverage begin?
First of the month following date of hire.
When will coverage end?
The earlier of: 1. The date the Policy terminates; 2. The date the employee’s Active
Service ends; or 3. The period ends for which premium has been paid.
